[Xen-users] Auto start VMs on reboot.

Hello.
I create a link of my VM and put it to "/etc/xen/auto" and add below lines to 
my VM config too :
on_xend_stop  = 'shutdown'
on_xend_start = 'start'

But when I reboot my server then my VM can't start automatically. Any idea to 
solve it? My Dom0 is Fedora server 23.
