 I doubt that there are many jobs specifically
 for Xen skills. However, there are plenty of Linux admin
 jobs for which Xen will be a useful or essential skill -
 thus if you have Xen skills you'll stand a better chance
 landing one of those jobs than someone without.
 So consider it one of those skills that alone
 isn't that useful, but an essential skill for an
 "all round" admin to have.
