[Xen-users] USB keyboard not working on Xen 4.8 + Debian 9

Hi

I am trying to use Xen 4.8 on Debian 9. However, the USB keyboard,
which works on native Debian 9 (without loading Xen), stops to work
when booting to Xen 4.8 with the following errors shown on console :-

usb 1-1: device not accepting address 2, error -110
usb 1-1: device not accepting address 3, error -110
usb 1-1: device not accepting address 4, error -110
usb 1-1: device not accepting address 5, error -110

usb usb1-port1: unable to enumerate USB device

I hope someone to point me how to get the USB keyboard working.
