Re: Remus Integration

Hi

We (as a part of our college project )are trying to implement VM migration using Remus(we found out that it is embedded) on top of Xen, but we are not able to make use of network buffering and it is asking for default script to run, But we are not able to find the script so as a result, we are able to do the migration in the same network but not able to perform live migration in different network.

Can you please help?

Thank you,
Madhu

Hello Madhusudhan,

Thanks for your question.  Would you mind sending this question to xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, cc'ing me?  (Either george.dunlap@xxxxxxxxx or community.manager@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.)

That way everyone else can get the benefit of seeing the question asked and answered; and since more people are looking at the question, you may get a better answer than the one I would give.

Thanks,

Hi,

I have one doubt while working in Remus (High availability), Is Remus embedded for the latest xen version? Because in some blogs I saw that Remus is integrated with Xen, can you please clarify this?

Thank you,
Madhu
