Xen is purely a Hypervisor and does not provider such network models. Xen VMs 
just have a virtual Interface (vif) in the dom0.
Then it is up to you how you connect this vif to other networks.

But all these network models can be implemented in the Linux dom0 using 
standard Linux network tools.
