success with xen-4.18.1 (time64 build) in Ubuntu 24.04 Noble

Hello,

The default 6.8.0-31-generic kernel is working as dom0 & domU, to my surprise. They even have

UBSAN turned on in kernel config.

I have my own xen-4.18.1 sources (debian delta) that is time64 compatible.
