OPAM+Ubuntu test PPA

Does anyone have an Ubuntu Raring box that they can test out a Ubuntu PPA on 
for me?  I've packaged up OCaml-4.1 and OPAM-1.0 (with the intention of 
bringing it up to OPAM 1.1 soon).

This lets you install the latest compiler and OPAM and "fast clone" (since 
it'll be the system compiler).  If that all works, then I can bump Mirage up to 
use 4.1 and the newer ocamlbuild next week.

In theory, these should work on Debian, but I haven't had a chance to try them 
properly yet.
