That should be simply just:

$ opam init
$ opam remote add mirage-dev git://github.com/mirage/opam-repo-dev
$ eval `opam config -env`
$ opam install mirari
$ git clone git://github.com/mirage/mirage-www
$ cd mirage-www
$ make
$ make run
