ah-- sorry. there appears to be a bug in the mirage-unix OS.Console where the 
console never gets flushed. i have a (probably rather simplistic) patch for 
this that i forgot to submit a PR for after returning from USENIX SEC. i'll do 
that now.

no-- mirage has several package dependencies but these are captured by opam, 
and will be installed when you "opam install mirage-{xen,unix}" etc. i don't 
believe there's an "RWO" package or similar to install.
