[MirageOS-devel] outgoing tcp connections

Mindy submitted a fix to the 'DHCP happening too late' bug in the TCP/IP stack, 
which only affected unikernels that were making outgoing connections rather 
than listening.

The fix is in
https://github.com/mirage/mirage-tcpip/pull/55

In particular, it would be good to know if this fixes your TLS client problem 
Hannes/David, before I merge it...

You can test it via this pin:

   opam pin tcpip
