Accessing it just now it seemed responsive to me. Are there any
particular links that are consistently unresponsive, or any particular
periods that it's been unresponsive for you?  If you can capture
traces of such accesses, by all means post them as issues on the
Github repo and we'll look into it.

Yes, the site is a MirageOS appliance. There are certainly aspects
that need further development (hence the 0.x version number for
Cohttp, the web library), but that site has been self-hosted now for
several years without major problems (and the ones we've found have
been fixed!). For an alternative instance, you could also try
https://mirage.io which hosts the same content via the new nqsb-TLS
stack.
