It's important that if we do drop 4.01, we do it as a concerted effort to shift 
to 4.02, or else there'll be all sorts of constraints hell.

In particular, we don't want to have a split in the package universe around 
sexplib and camlp4 (with half depending on the old version of Core and the 
newer ones on the latest one).  So for base packages like cstruct, I've been 
keeping an eye on that, but please do so for yours as well.
