It's important that if we do drop 4.01, we do it as a concerted effort to shift to 4.02, or else there'll be all sorts of constraints hell. In particular, we don't want to have a split in the package universe around sexplib and camlp4 (with half depending on the old version of Core and the newer ones on the latest one).
