[Publicity] Xen 4.4 blog release draft

Unfortunately Lars didn't leave instructions how to do the gitdm 
analysis, so it's missing the development numbers from the 4.3 release 
-- I'll have to see if I can round up some basic ones.
Obviously a lot of the links will have to be double-checked.

FYI I'm officially not working tomorrow, but I will be online, and I'll 
probably check in once or twice to make sure everything is on track.
