Yes, that makes perfect sense.  (Sorry about the broken link.)  And
you're right, the equipment list does include two PDUs.

According to the spec,
"avail/2U-MAIN Server - Intel Dual E5 XEON, Socket B, LGA 1356 32GB 4TB HD.xlsx"
in that git repo, they only have single PSUs.
