Dear Valued EarthLink Customer,

This advisory is to inform you that EarthLink has activated Emergency
Preparations for Inclement Weather to address the pending winter storm.
The generator weekly test was successfully completed this morning.
Arrangements have been made to ensure staff is on site throughout the
storm.

Normal ticketing procedures should be followed in the event that any
issues occur during this period.
