Ian, 

We asked Dell to Flash the BIOS to the same rev as Oscelata 0.  I was out
sick Monday so I didn't actually see him do it.

Are you sure about this ?  I have just rebooted oseleta1 and it reports
   BIOS Version 2.2.1

I hereby hand the machine back to you for you to investigate ...
