[Wg-test-framework] rimava0

I am having difficulty getting any life out of rimava0.

I'm talking to it with
  ssh -vt root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx picocom -b115200 /dev/ttyRP27
and I have instructed pdu1 to turn it off, and about 15 seconds later,
turn it on.  I see no response on the serial port.

Could you please investigate ?  (On Tuesday.)
