I will try to talk to the actual engineer that is doing the testing to find out if he is using the testing process you and Don outlined. He is obviously not using the same sequence.

I just wanted to update you on the R415 issue.
I got word from the Engineer yesterday that he has setup an R415 in the lab with Xen Server and have been rebooting it without any issues.
He said he will keep trying to replicate the issue.
