I've been running with a 4.2-rc dom0 kernel, a Xen from about 3 weeks ago and upstream qemu from Xen's upstream tag (again from about 3 weeks ago) and I'm not seeing any problems. I do have a fairly standard config though; ide disks and std-vga graphics.
