[PATCH] Fix __FrontendUpdateHash

Fix an issue where __FrontendUpdateHash tries to
set controller hash algorithm to Toeplitz even if
its hash parameter was set to
XEN_NETIF_CTRL_HASH_ALGORITHM_NONE.
