Rick,

for your mails to immediately appear on the list you need to register 
via http://lists.xen.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/xen-api
Otherwise it your mail will be stuck in a moderator filter, which tends 
to get looked through once a day. We had a long weekend (Mon & Tue) and 
thus your posts did not get approved in time
