Ok, newbie here !

Have been testing XCP 1.5 beta & Citrix Xenserver 6 for a while now. Using Citrix XenCenter to manage both the setups.

There seems to be an issue with the shutdown process of Win 2008 Server VM after setting the "Clear virtual memory pagefile" policy to "Enabled" (in the local security settings). Enabling this policy causes a very delayed OS shutdown (around 15-20 min) & almost looks as if its hung.

The same setting when done on Win 2008 Server VM running on Citrix Xenserver 6 does not cause this delay.

Is there anything I am missing in the configuration of XCP 1.5 or the Windows VM ? This setting is needed as a part of the security hardening of Windows servers.

I have installed the XCP 1.5 beta on baremetal & installed pv drivers using windows-pvdrivers-xensetup.exe present in the installation media.

XCP 1.5 was saving a lot of cost for us until this issue came up.

Any suggestions welcomed . . .

Thanks !
