Hi there!

I'm trying to p2v my windows 2008 using Xenconvert 2.3.1 and XCP 1.6, but it failed with the message: "Failed to import the OVF package".

I saw the files are there (OVF, PVP, VHD) and saw in the logs telling about the OVF package is valid. So I was about to try import on Xencenter, but, when I run the Import Appliance Tool on Xencenter, it gives me this error: "Cannot Start XenAppliance Wizard, no valid session information provided"

Found this article on Citrix Support:

In this article, it tells you to go to  /opt/xensource/packages/files/transfer-vm and look the files in there, but on my install doesn't have this 'transfer-vm' directory. Is that ok?

So, I'm lost here. Does the import failure on XenConvert related to this problema on xencenter? How to fix this problem?
Suggestions?

Thanks!
