[Xen-API] Getting started with the API on python

Hello,

I am attempting to use the python example in the XenAPI github[1] to create 
virtual machines on XenServer but I see the following error.

['HANDLE_INVALID', 'SR', 'OpaqueRef:NULL’]

I believe this is something to do with the storage being local.
