I wanted to summarise the voting on this proposal so far

v3:
https://lists.xenproject.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2016-08/threads.html#01667

In favour
Jan Beulich
Tim Deegan (agreed on the basis of a fix which was addressed in v5)
Wei Liu

v4:
Not posted. Only fixed formatting issues

v5:
https://lists.xenproject.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2016-11/threads.html#01917

In favour
Konrad R Wilk
Ian Jackson (although was not very explicit)
Stefano Stabellini (see
https://lists.xenproject.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2017-02/msg01845.html)

It does appear to me that the proposal should pass given the votes. I will
publish the new version
on Friday or early next week, if I don't get any other opinions. I will also
prepare a blog post
with Zibby's help for some point afterwards.

Best Regards
Lars
