[Xen-API] Function VM.set_VCPUs_number_live and license restriction error

Hi Guys,

I was making some tests with new XenServer versions and I've seen that the function VM.set_VCPUs_number_live was changed at ely (7.1)  release but it's not been documented anywhere but GitHub repository (http://xapi-project.github.io/xen-api/releases/ely.html)

It not appears at XenServer 7.1 release notes, either at 7.1 new licensed features (just talks about XenCenter), etc.
I was wondering if someone else has been affected by this change, if there is a reason and how to solve it (because it doesn't say which kind of license is needed) or maybe is a XenAPI bug.

Maybe is not a question to ask to XenAPI mailing list but is the only place that mentions the license restriction.
