it looks weird that it works in the first place.

SYN/ACK packet that your box send (OUTPUT) as a reply to SYN is blocked because
it's still in NEW state (it will become ESTABLISHED after the SYN/ACK sent).
output filtering should be done with care, it's usually harder to get it right
and not that really interesting.

I'm closing the report since it seems invalid to me, altough feel free to reopen
it if needed (with an updated version please).
