Please post your grub.conf or menu.list file (from /boot/grub/).

Note that you _must_ allocate memory to domain0, that the units are KB, and that
an allocation of ~95 - 128 MB minimum, and ~256 MB for a RHEL3/4 dom0, is
strongly recommended.
