I copied the messages log and ran a script from Emulex to collect the 
configuration on the system, and sent to Richard Lary who supported Emulex 
driver. He told me he sent all to Emulex and they said it a known bug of 
Emulex driver version 8.0.28. He suggested me to try the driver 8.0.30 which 
works on 2.6.13 but I got many errors when building XEN with 2.6.13. So I 
stopped exploring 8.0.30.
