You could try building the driver against the 2.6.13 tree in http://xenbits.
xensource.com/linux-2.6-xen.hg

There's no good default config file in this tree. You'll need to make 
defconfig, 
then make mnuconfig to ranble the xen subarch and then all the xen specific 
drivers
