    stubdom/Makefile: Fix gmp extract rule
    
    When NEWLIB_STAMPFILE is updated but gmp has already been extracted, the mv
    command will incorrectly create a subdirectory instead of renaming. Remove 
the
    old target before renaming to fix this.
