You need to set this to be the partition containing the root
filesystem that will be used by the *new* domain (domain 1) that
you are starting. It can not be the same file system that domain0
is using.

You'll also need to edit xen-mynewdom to ensure that you grant
the new domain access to this partition. (Instead of editing the
xml defaults file to set the root partition, you can use the "-d"
option to domain new in the script).
