[Xen-devel] Grub + initrd for dom0

Has anyone successfully used an initrd for dom0 using Grub as the
bootloader? Because the 'kernel' isn't 'linux' (it's xen - the linux
kernel is a 'module'), grub doesn't let me specify an initrd. If it
'just works' for you, please tell me what version of grub you are using
and how you specify it.
