As an ISP, letting the users choose their kernel is a config issue, not
a boot time issue to me. I'd rather have a customer controlpanel that
lets them choose what base config their server runs. If they want to be
able to choose, they can select, shutdown and restart their kernel from
a control panel instead of within the virtual server. It'd be cleaner
this way I think.
