How far through the boot process does it happen? Could you try rolling the tree back a couple of days and check it goes away. It is the unstable tree, I'll try running an older kernel and Xen to see if the bug goes away. Almost all the core Xen developers are currently in San Francisco attending OSDI, so I'm afraid bug fix response times might not be quite as good as usual. Cool.
