This all came about on its own. I started xend but I can't seem to
connect to it with xm. Thus I can't start any domains.

Also what is the default configuration file that xm uses? I don't want
to have to pass -c to it all the time. Right now I have
/etc/xen/xen.conf for the xm configuration file.
