Well, I finally got the USB working!

But I am still stuck on creating a duplicate filesystem image that
comes with XenCD, i.e. /boot/xen0-init. From what I have experienced,
it is a multiboot module image.

After hours of googling I cannot figure out how I would make an image
multiboot... (a replica of the /boot/xen0-init).

Any ideas is greatly appreciated.

Best,
- Eivind
