I'm aware of 2.6.2's flaws and in many ways that's an advantage since I'm running a tracing tool on that kernel. The more unsecure it is the more exploits I can run on it. Porting that kernel tracing tool to 2.6.10 would simply take too much time. Once again any pointers or advice are greatly needed Sam > sm229534@xxxxxxxxxx wrote: > >>Hello all, >> >>I need to port a 2.6.2 kernel to the Xen architecture, since there aren't >>any patches or sparse tree for kernels below 2.6.9 I'd like to know why ? >>And also wether that endeavor has been attempted before? >> >>In any case pointers, Help, Advice would be greatly useful.
