No, X86_FIND_SMP_CONFIG defaults to y. Won't setting num_processors=1 cause Dom0 to always be uniproc even ifSMP is turned on? Xen0-smp doesn't need to look at the MP table to figure out how many virtual processors there are. There are other mechanisms to discover virtual processors.
