I've got FreeNX 0.4 built on Kubuntu/Hoary and Xen 2.0.6 (stable):
http://stateless.geek.nz/2005/06/27/building-freenx-04-on-ubuntu-hoary/.

Running on a P4 1.8GHZ with 512Mb allocated. I haven't done any
serious testing yet, but I'm about to move my personal primary desktop
to this set up. However, basic tests using Openoffice 2 from the OSX
NX client seems very snappy at LAN speeds.
