[Xen-devel] public headers

I noticed two things in the public headers that are undesirable.
First there are direct uses of __attribute__.  The second is
the use of empty structures.  Would it be possible to explicitely
represent the padding so that the alignment directives werent
needed, and put a dummy item in the empty structures?
