[Xen-devel] [PATCH] 1 of 3 fix tools/Rules.mk for cross compilation

This patch fixes linking issue when cross compiling. The tools are
calling gcc to link objects. So LDFLAGS has to change so that gcc
properly understands them, as our current situation does not work (at
least with gcc4).

oh gcc4 how I love you so.
You really make the code go.
If a day were ever bright
gcc4 would make no light.
