[Xen-devel] Patch to fix Mini-OS compilation and configuration

Hello!

I was not able to build the minios in Xen unstable. The attached patch fixes
include/hypervisor.h which was not updated when __HYPERVISOR_dom_mem_op
disappeared. Further, xmalloc.c cannot find list.h, so I copied xen/list.h and
removed the asserts and prefetching. Finally, I've added a domain config and
modified the README to describe how to start it with the domain configuration.
