I'd like to see it in the context of a larger patch that shows how the 
new 'internal' function is used. I don't really have anything against 
this approach, so we'll probably take the patch with no complaint.
I'm going to be changing that part of the hypercall interface shortly 
(to introduce a new more generic 'vcpu_op' hypercall). It is bound to 
conflict with your patch, but you should finc it easy to fix up.
