If not the latest, can you try repro'ing with the latest? Changeset 7131 from a few days ago. Config attached. I haven't seen the problem after disabling SMP. It's weird that I didn't see 2 cpus on a hyperthreaded p4 with this config in domU, though I do with a similar config in dom0. Attachment:
