[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Bug #327 - xentop fix to display online vcpu usage only

This patch:

1) adds an online field to xenstat_vcpu
2) changes xenstat_domain's num_vcpus to refer to all vcpus, enabled or
disabled.
3) adds a GETVCPUINFO dom0 call to check if vcpu is online or not
4) changes xenstat_collect_vcpus to only get online vcpu usage
5) adds a new libxenstat function to check if vcpu is online or not
6) changes xentop to only display online vcpu usage
