[Xen-devel] [PATCH] Vnet UDP encaps

This patch updates vnets to use UDP encapsulation and support
learning of virtual interfaces. It makes it possible to run vnets
from user space using TUN/TAP as an alternative to using the kernel module.
There is a new command-line control tool, vn, too.
