[Xen-devel] [PATCH] [TPM] Fixes and cleanup

The attached patch fixes a recently found problem in tpm.c, moves the
vtpm sysfs entry to /sys/device/platform/tpm_vtpm and adds locking in
the vtpm hotplug script.
