Hang on a minute -- that code is licenced under the new BSD licence, not
the old one. The advertising clause is the one that says

"All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this software must
display the following acknowledgement:
This product includes software developed by the University of
     California, Berkeley and its contributors."

which is not contained in Christopher's code.
