Hi Keir, Ian,
   This patch is a split part of the gdbserver patch I sent earlier.
This patch just implements the smp_call_function_mask() function. It
enables calling a function on particular cpu/cpus. I am planning to use
the smp_call_function_mask() function to get the register context of
another cpu for the gdbserver-xen use. 

   The arch_getdomaininfo_ctxt part still needs to be cleaned up as per
your suggestion. That will enable gdbserver-xen debugging for the vmx
(hvm) guests. I will send that patch once it is ready.
